You will oversee service operations, customer relations, budgeting, and process improvements, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC technical training preferred.
• 5+ years in HVAC services with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians to service excellence.
• Coordinate daily service schedules and monitor technician productivity.
• Serve as primary liaison for escalated customer inquiries and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the service department budget for cost control.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements and new HVAC technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain service records.
