Service Champions is seeking an HVAC Production Manager for its San Jose Service Center. The role focuses on leading HVAC Installation Technicians in the field (about 70%) and providing training and leadership from the service center (about 30%).

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and client satisfaction, with close collaboration across Sales, Service, Operations, and Fleet to ensure profitable installations and exceptional service.

• Lead, coach, develop, and support HVAC Installation Technicians.
• Spend significant time in the field providing hands-on leadership and coaching.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork and exceptional client service.
• Ensure tools, training and support for team members to succeed.
• Maintain high installation quality and client satisfaction.
• Support installation productivity and gross-margin goals.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope and document jobs for profitability.
• Coordinate with Fleet to ensure vehicle inspections and maintenance.
