Greenheck Group is seeking a Product Specialist to provide basic technical support for parts and marketing via phone and email for internal and external sales teams.

You will generate quotes for SDRs, gather information to resolve field problems, and coordinate with Purchasing on lead-time parts and obsolescence. This role also supports product roadmap input and on-site customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist product support with basic technical questions via phone/email for internal/external sales teams.
• Generate quotes for special design requests (SDRs).
• Document service calls to record data on product questions and field issues.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on long lead-time parts and obsolescence considerations.
• Provide input on product roadmap and new product enhancements.
