Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Sales Specialist (Sales Application Specialist) to provide high-level customer service and sales support for OEM accounts, assisting customers with application and product selection and generating CAPS quotes. You will help meet annual sales targets and collaborate across business units to achieve OEM channel goals.

Requirements include 4–6 years in direct/outside sales or related fields and a Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering.

Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant work experience in direct sales, outside sales, mechanical engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience.
Excellent negotiation skills and persuasive sales personality; financial acumen preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and learn customer selections, product features, options, accessories, and application needs for Greenheck Group products.
Create and send product quotes in CAPS to customers, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.
Provide training and customer service support, understanding customer problems and offering cost-effective solutions.
Assist OEM Account Manager with creating fiscal goals including annual sales and margin targets.
