Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a full-time HVAC Preventive Maintenance Crew Supervisor to lead the commercial HVAC PM team across multiple properties in the Cumberland County area.

The role requires strong HVAC experience, leadership, and the ability to manage schedules and ensure safety and quality. You will supervise and coach technicians, perform hands-on maintenance, and coordinate assignments while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial HVAC service or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.
• Experience leading and coaching technicians.
• Excellent communication and organization to manage multiple properties.
• Ability to use electronic work-order systems and basic computer apps.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
• Role involves on-call responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily activities of the HVAC preventive maintenance team.
• Perform hands-on preventive maintenance with technicians.
• Coordinate technician assignments and schedules across properties.
• Ensure maintenance is completed safely and on schedule.
• Review work orders and documentation for quality.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to technicians.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities.
