Ameriserve is seeking a proactive Preventative Maintenance Manager to lead the PM department’s daily operations, scheduling, and customer-focused service. You will coordinate technicians, ensure timely responses, and drive growth through quality service delivery and effective communication.

You will mentor technicians, manage work orders, and align with sales to promote service agreements, while upholding safety standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in commercial kitchen equipment repair/HVAC.
• CFESA certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily PM department operations and scheduling.
• Dispatch PM technicians for repairs and maintenance calls.
• Monitor service response times and job completion.
• Maintain service records, invoices and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and support PM technicians with training and mentorship.
• Conduct performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Develop client relationships to encourage repeat business and growth.
• Collaborate with sales to support service agreements.
• Analyze service data for continuous improvement.
