Ameriserve is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Manager to oversee daily PM operations, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing technicians, coordinating work orders, and driving department growth through excellent service delivery and communications.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC/repair training preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial kitchen equipment repair, HVAC, or related industries.
• Strong leadership to manage technicians and mentor the team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving for customer service.

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for repairs and maintenance calls.
