Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience
• HVAC, electrical and plumbing proficiency
• Experience using real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; tech training preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance performance targets for the property including fast unit turns and resident satisfaction.
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote a collaborative, safety-focused work culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and property policies; participate in safety trainings.
• Track and manage tools, parts, and equipment; assist with inventory and cost-effective usage.
• Document maintenance activities and inspections in the property management system; respond to emergencies as needed.
