Job summary

Arnold Moos Company seeks an experienced Service Dispatcher to coordinate plumbing and HVAC service operations in Northeast San Antonio. You will schedule service, dispatch work orders, and optimize technician routes while supporting multiple department leads under the Service Manager.

Successful candidates have 5+ years in dispatching, strong communication skills, and proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service dispatching.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with scheduling software and work order management.
• Knowledge of dispatch coordination and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule routine same-day calls, emergency calls, and preventive maintenance routes.
• Dispatch plumbing and HVAC work orders to service technicians.
• Coordinate technician schedules, routes, and schedule updates.
• Communicate with customers and provide professional phone support.
• Track work orders and maintain accurate service records.
• Perform data entry and update scheduling and work order systems.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and multiple department leads.
• Support customer satisfaction and technician utilization goals.
