Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, install appliances as needed, and ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong HVAC skills (HVAC certification preferred), EPA Type I/II preferred, and the ability to lift up to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed in a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property for curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
