Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities nationwide from its Dallas-based team. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, install appliances, and perform preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas in top condition.

Strong communication, multitasking, and a valid driver’s license are valued. Must meet OSHA safety standards and be prepared to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related experience in property maintenance.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior property curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
