Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience required.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems in the apartment communities.
• Install new appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service requests.
• Maintain exterior property to preserve curb appeal and safety.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
