Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Dallas, Texas area portfolio. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across apartment communities, including appliance installation when needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple resident requests.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed in a timely basis.
• Maintain exterior property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
