Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Dallas-area apartment communities. You’ll troubleshoot and repair systems across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical, including installing new appliances, to maintain quality living spaces.

We value candidates with at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, HVAC certs, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You may be on-call for emergencies and must be dependable and collaborative.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair knowledge of HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies; must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
