Job summary

Harris Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Preventive Maintenance to learn and sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements. Under supervision, you will develop leads, perform cold calls, and build relationships with prospective clients.

You will work with the General Manager and Sr Solutions Consultant to update records, present proposals, and expand current customer relationships while learning the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of prospecting and appointment setting/cold calling.
• 2+ years of proven ability to strategize, present, and close sales.
• 2+ Years of Microsoft Office Experience.
• Willingness and ability to learn Conceptual Sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements through cold calling and prospecting.
• Develop leads from current clients and referrals.
• Present proposals and explain agreement applications.
• Update records in CRM and coordinate with General Manager.
• Respond to objections and move prospects to decision.
• Collaborate with service team to reduce cost and energy for customers.
• Attend industry events to learn and generate opportunities.
