HD Air, located in Springfield, MA, is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our HVAC and Plumbing team. This on-site role involves scheduling and dispatching technicians, managing route optimization, and delivering exceptional customer service to existing customers.

You will handle ticket entry, parts orders, and scheduling for installations while working in a positive, family-oriented environment with incentive plans and benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years office/customer service experience REQUIRED (Dispatch experience is PREFERRED).
• A professional appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers and a strong customer service attitude.
• Able to plan and schedule work rather than just react.
• Able to think on your feet to provide customers with needed information for their specific installation or repair.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn customer service management and scheduling/dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians by reviewing and optimizing routes.
• Answer incoming phone calls (existing customers) and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enter all ticket information in the computer accurately.
• Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered, follow up on part orders, and schedule appointments for parts installation.

AVAILABLE SHIFT: Tuesday - Saturday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
