Job summary

RCR Consulting Group in Northern Virginia seeks a Service Dispatcher for HVAC & plumbing to keep 15+ technicians moving and customers informed. The role is on-site at our Chantilly office, with a focus on efficient dispatching in ServiceTitan and close teamwork with the call center and service team.

The ideal candidate has dispatch experience in HVAC/plumbing, hands-on ServiceTitan skills, and a reliable attendance record.

Qualifications

• Dispatch experience at an HVAC or plumbing service company.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceTitan dispatch board.
• Ability to work on-site at Chantilly office.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily schedule for 15+ service technicians in ServiceTitan.
• Route calls by location, skill, and urgency to minimize driving.
• Rework the board when delays or emergencies occur.
• Update customers on arrival times to prevent calls.
• Keep job notes, statuses, and capacity current in ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with call center, service manager, and techs to fill the board.
