RCR Consulting Group, LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Service Dispatcher (HVAC & Plumbing) to manage the daily schedule for 15+ technicians using ServiceTitan, routing calls by location and urgency to maximize repairs and minimize drive time.

This on-site, full-time role requires calm decision-making during peak periods, reliable attendance, and the ability to keep customers informed about arrival times while coordinating with the call center and service manager.

Formación

• HVAC or plumbing dispatch experience required.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceTitan dispatch board.
• Ability to work on-site at Chantilly office.

Responsabilidades

• Run the daily schedule for 15+ service technicians in ServiceTitan.
• Route calls by location, skill, and urgency so techs spend less time driving and more time fixing.
• Rework the board when a job runs long, a part is missing, or an emergency call comes in.
• Update customers on arrival times before they have to call and ask.
• Keep job notes, statuses, and capacity in ServiceTitan accurate and current.
• Work with the call center, service manager, and techs to fill the board and keep it full.

What You Bring

• Required: Dispatch experience at an HVAC or plumbing service company

• Flexibility for longer days during peak emergency season
• Preferred: Knowledge of Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties
