HD Air in Springfield, MA is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC and Plumbing team. This role schedules and dispatches technicians, optimizes routes, answers calls from existing customers, and ensures accurate ticket data entry.

AVAILABLE SHIFT: Tuesday - Saturday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities will also include creating dispatch numbers for all parts ordered, following up on part orders, and scheduling appointments for parts installation.
