Job summary

Watts is seeking a Training & Aftermarket Services specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive HVAC and plumbing training programs. You will design curricula, coordinate live sessions, webinars, and eLearning modules, and track progress across knowledge competencies and certifications.

The role requires a technical degree, 5+ years of training design/delivery, and comfort presenting to groups. On-site in Blauvelt, NY with 25% travel; Articulate experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years designing and delivering training in a business setting.
• Experience presenting to audiences of twelve people; MS PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with Articulate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, deploy, and execute a best-in-class corporate training strategy.
• Present highly technical information via classroom training, webinars, and eLearning modules.
• Design curricula by identifying information needs in equipment operation, product application, and troubleshooting.
• Guide training priorities for long- and short-term objectives and collaborate with stakeholders.
