Qualifications

• Experience in the plumbing and HVAC industries.
• Prior experience in a training or teaching role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement training materials for classroom and hands-on settings.
• Certified plumbing/HVAC (Journeyman, Master, or NATE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the plumbing and HVAC industries, with a deep understanding of both systems.
• Prior experience in a training, teaching, or mentoring role within the trades, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to develop and implement training materials, both for classroom and hands-on settings.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
• Certification in plumbing and HVAC (e.g., Journeyman, Master, NATE, etc.) is preferred.
