Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks an experiencedTechnical Instructor to design and deliver training on water-based plumbing systems and Watts products. You will build curricula, work with product engineering, and coach other designers to ensure high training quality.

The role is based in North Andover, MA with a hybrid schedule and up to 30% travel. A technical degree and 6+ years of instructional experience are preferred, along with strong PowerPoint and PC skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years as a technical instructor, course developer, or instructional designer.
• Deep understanding of water-based plumbing systems, HVAC, and flow control products.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint for training delivery.
• Proficiency with current PC applications and comfort with a hybrid office environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on and virtual instructor-led training on Watts product lines and plumbing system solutions.
• Design and develop new training curricula and revise existing content for instructor-led, Lunch & Learns, and e-Learning.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to identify training gaps and deliver solutions.
• Mentor and coach other instructors and instructional designers to maintain high training quality.
• Ensure training equipment, lab facilities, and demonstration units meet Watts standards and are operational.
• Lead instructional design projects as assigned.
• Travel up to 30% domestic to Learning Center locations and Watts facilities.
