B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Operations Supervisor to lead fabrication/prefabrication, align with BIM/VDC, and drive field integration. The role emphasizes standardization, safety, and production readiness across large-scale commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will drive margins through productivity, coordinate with field operations, and oversee prefabrication to support on-time installations. Strong leadership and BIM proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Experience in HVAC piping construction operations or fabrication/prefab.
• Experience integrating BIM/VDC outputs into shop production and field installation.
• Familiarity with model-based detailing/spooling workflows (Autodesk platforms).
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive standardization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fabrication/prefabrication operations across projects.
• Partner with BIM/VDC to ensure fabrication-ready content and correct standards.
• Coordinate with Superintendents/Foremen to align outputs with look-ahead plans.
• Manage materials, procurement, and logistics to support fabrication schedules.
• Implement QA/QC checkpoints and safety processes in fabrication and field work.
• Track performance metrics and assist in change management for fabrication scope.
