Qualifications

• 7+ years in HVAC piping construction operations.
• Experience integrating BIM/VDC outputs into fabrication.
• Strong understanding of HVAC piping systems and supports.
• Leadership and cross-functional teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication and prefabrication across projects.
• Coordinate with BIM/VDC to ensure fabrication-ready models.
• Align outputs with look-ahead plans and milestones.
• Manage material strategy and staging to support schedules.
• Enforce QA/QC checkpoints and safety compliance.
• Track performance metrics and support change management.
