Air Treatment Corporation is seeking an Internal Customer Coordinator in the Parts Department to provide end-to-end parts and warranty support for internal service teams. You will own parts orders, monitor availability, coordinate urgent requirements, and maintain warranty records, ensuring accurate information and timely communication across Field Service, Aftermarket, and Data Center Service teams.

• Experience in HVAC or mechanical equipment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for internal parts requests from Field Service, Aftermarket, and Data Center Service teams.
• Manage parts orders from request through fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and closeout.
• Confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and order requirements with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate status and delays.
