You'll coordinate with dispatch, purchasing, and field technicians to expedite replacements, track claims, return defective parts, and secure credits while maintaining organized records and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory, or purchasing role.

Responsabilités

• Warranty verification and parts ordering with accurate documentation.
• Manage warranty lifecycle from verification to credit/reimbursement.
• Coordinate field logistics to obtain parts quickly and support same-day repairs when possible.
• Complete and submit warranty claims within required timeframes and track credits.
