Job summary

AHT Cooling Systems USA, Inc. is hiring an HVAC Service Coordinator to provide exceptional technical support and service coordination for warranty and non-warranty requests.

You will liaise between customers, service contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution, effective dispatch, and accurate documentation. You will develop product knowledge, respond to inquiries, analyze issues, and maintain records, while supporting cost-effective solutions that drive customer

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 1-3 years of related HVAC/R experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating service calls, communicating with field technicians, and understanding work orders, scheduling priorities, and parts requirements.
• Familiarity with dispatching principles and practices, including scheduling and prioritizing service requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service technician schedules, prioritize work orders, monitor status, and communicate with customers and field staff.
• Develop product knowledge for installation, programming, and equipment protocol with third-party products.
• Respond to technical service inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Analyze issues and provide repair solutions for warranty and non-warranty products.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, installation activities, issues, and actions.
• Monitor and update customer 3rd party service portals (Service Channel).
• Review store prints, diagrams, and specifications; collaborate with contractors to meet standards.
• Perform system modifications and software/parameter updates as needed.
• Escalate complex inquiries to higher-level support; enter parts orders in Zoho.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting on returned units to aid root-cause diagnosis.
• Evaluate or dispute contractor requests for Not-to-Exceed amounts; ensure costs align with standards.
