Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1+ year related wholesale/retail experience.
• Front line customer service experience preferred.
• HVAC/R product knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and by phone, building rapport and ensuring professional service.
• Assist customers in product selections by asking questions and listening to needs.
• Process quotes, returns, orders, and payments accurately; handle transactions.
• Research product availability across branches and coordinate pickup or delivery.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandising to reflect company standards.
• Support inventory counts and follow pricing guidelines to meet sales targets.
