Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Partner Field Trainer to lead HVAC partner training across North America. This remote role includes extensive travel (50-75%) to educate installers and sales teams on Quilt systems, certifications, and field best practices.

You will work with the training team to refine curriculum and deliver hands-on, virtual, and ride-along sessions, shaping product updates with field feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or field training in HVAC or similar.
• Strong facilitation skills for in-person and virtual sessions.
• LMS platforms used to track training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for Quilt partners.
• Travel 50-75% to partner locations and events.
• Support partner certification and LMS tracking.
• Update training materials based on field feedback.
• Collaborate with training team to improve programs.
