Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Field Training Specialist to teach our HVAC partners how to sell, install, commission, and service our heat pump systems in the field. You will travel to partner locations and run virtual sessions between visits, gathering field feedback for the product and training teams.

You bring 3+ years in technical or field training, preferably in HVAC or building trades, and you excel at connecting with tradespeople, explaining technical concepts clearly, and managing your own travel
