Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Owner Account Executive to lead service sales with building owners, focusing on Director-level relationships and renewable service agreements. You will build long-term partnerships and expand account opportunities while aligning technical solutions with business goals.

You will identify new opportunities, manage multi-year contracts, and drive service growth across existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive field sales experience.
• At least one year of HVAC or building automation service/project sales experience.
• Demonstrated integrity and quality in business.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence account decision makers at key levels.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners and Director-level decision makers.
• Build, manage, and expand long-term partnerships with target and managed accounts.
• Position renewable service agreements, including multi-year terms, as part of account strategy.
• Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities monthly.
• Expand offerings within existing accounts and focus on services and retrofits that improve building performance.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through responsive follow-up and account management.
