Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring for a sales-focused role targeting building owners, with a focus on HVAC and building controls. The position emphasizes selling services and retrofits, growing renewals, and establishing durable partnerships to advance customers’ business objectives.

Under the supervision framework, you will engage owners at the Director level, develop long-term relationships, and align offerings with customer goals.

Qualifications

• Associate/technical degree required; ten years of progressive sales experience in HVAC/builder controls if no degree.
• Five years’ sales experience in HVAC/building controls or mechanical systems.
• Demonstrates integrity and quality in business.
• Ability to influence account decision makers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level.
• Promote value proposition with technical solutions and operational expertise.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships with target accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and renew/expand service agreements.
