Job summary

Corken Steel Products Company in Louisville seeks a Territory Manager / Outside Sales to grow HVAC product sales across residential and commercial equipment, ductwork, sheet metal, controls, refrigerant, and IAQ products. You’ll be the primary contact for HVAC contractors and trade customers in the territory.

You will develop existing accounts and bring in new business, maintaining a proactive call schedule, coordinating deliveries, and delivering excellent service with on-time support.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in HVAC distribution or related trades.
• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with contractors.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell full HVAC product line to existing accounts and prospects.
• Develop new business with HVAC contractors and builders.
• Maintain proactive call schedule to drive account growth.
• Provide technical support, equipment sizing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure on-time delivery.
• Deliver high standard of customer service and follow-up.
