AIR Control Concepts, via the R.L. Craig Company, LLC., seeks an HVAC Outside Salesperson in Louisville, KY. You will build trusted relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners, leading account development and managing complex sales pipelines to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.

This high-impact role blends technical HVAC knowledge with relationship-building to drive long-term growth, requires travel within Kentucky/Southern Indiana, and offers a commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical, sales or business fields.
• Associate degree in HVAC, pre-engineering or sales also considered.
• Strong multitasking, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Quote, submit, and process orders; support may expand with backlog.
• Serve as technical liaison between manufacturers and engineers/contractors.
• Travel within territory to call on engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Conduct product presentations and training for engineers and owners.
• Review docs to identify substitutions or included lines.
• Prepare submittals, selections, and technical bids.
• Support inside sales with tech input and takeoffs.
• Assist contractors during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to RFQs/RFPs with technical input for complex apps.
• Participate in design meetings and project walks.
• Track activity and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Support sales planning and account development in territory.
• Attend factory trainings and trade shows as required.
• Record customer inquiries and sales in CRM.
