R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative (Outside) to join our team in the Georgia market. You will meet with potential and existing customers, develop relationships, and support branch operations while promoting HVACR products and propane offerings.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or related supplies preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automotive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, gross profit dollars, and gross profit percentage as well as other objectives in accordance with sales goals established by regional sales management and corporate sales management.
• Develop relationships with customers and provide professional representation to improve customer profits.
• Prepare objectives for each sales call and practice the sales call before calling on the customer.
• Respond to customer requests for assistance promptly and thoroughly.
• Prepare timely customer quotes per customer requirements and follow up until resolution.
• Attend and become active through involvement in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees and/or boards.
• Establish and maintain customer pricing based on market conditions.
• Timely communication to branch manager and branch inside sales team of all customer developments.
• Attend and participate in company events, such as sales meetings and training classes.
• Maintain ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Represent the company professionally with coworkers, manufacturing reps, and customers.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance; support a positive working relationship.
• Other duties as assigned.
