One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Manager to ensure customer needs are met while enforcing policy and procedures. You will lead Service supervisors and field staff, set profit margins, and oversee safe, efficient delivery of HVAC services.

You will develop best practices, manage department spend, training, safety, scheduling, and performance reviews, while maintaining licensing compliance and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate degree preferred.
• EPA and NATE certification required.
• Minimum 6 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in HVAC or related field.
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement best operational practices to improve margins.
• Oversee Service Department spend including labor, inventory, and fleet.
• Ensure safety compliance and employee training.
• Maintain licensing, permitting, and code compliance.
• Coach supervisors and schedule work to maximize production.
• Review service paperwork and ensure proper documentation.
