Job summary

CoolSys is seeking an HVAC Service Sales professional to drive new business for the Service Department, manage service clients, and close maintenance contracts and retrofits.

You will develop proposals, forecasts, and maintain client portfolios while reporting to the Service Manager. The role requires 3+ years in commercial HVAC and strong MS Word/Excel skills; travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in commercial HVAC industry.
• Broad knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Strong communication and proposal skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and close preventive maintenance service contracts and projects.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Produce detailed estimates and develop proposals outlining scope and costs.
• Develop forecasts for sales and billings.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and invoices for sold projects.
