Hawthorne Residential Partners in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and ensure clean, well‑maintained communities.

HVAC certification and a valid driver’s license are required; two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. Hawthorne offers a path to growth, strong team support, on‑call rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License; EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Promote good professional relations with residents and staff; uphold professional conduct.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines in accordance with company policy.
