Job summary
Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform diagnostic and repair work across our community. You will handle work orders independently, support preventative maintenance, and ensure units are ready for new residents. A valid EPA/HVAC certification and a current driver's license are required.

Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED.
- Experience: Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: EPA/HVAC Certification, CPO Certification is a plus, Valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
- Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move-in.
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
- Completion of preventative maintenance according to company policy.
- Promote good professional relations with residents and staff.
- Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
