Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC and related trades experience required.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification required.
• CPO certification or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge across trades.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and follow up on requests.
• Perform maintenance on make-ready units and repairs; install major appliances.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems; report deficiencies.
• Adhere to safety programs and maintain cleanliness and order.
