Job summary

Ahp Management Corp seeks a Community Service Technician to maintain the look and operation of our multifamily properties in Atlanta, GA. You will report to the Community Manager and Community Service Supervisor, perform day-to-day maintenance, and possibly cover supervisory duties.

Required are at least three years in related trades, a high school diploma or GED (trade school preferred), and validity of a driver’s license. Expect on-call and overtime as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related experience in property maintenance.
• Knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Ability to frame, finish walls, roofs and basic welding as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition and appearance of the community and common areas.
• Complete make-ready tasks, appliance installs, and repairs as directed.
• Respond to service requests promptly and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Follow safety programs and wear proper safety equipment.
• Work overtime and on-call as required.
