Job summary

Ahp Management Corp, Atlanta, GA, seeks a Community Service Technician for property management of affordable housing. Reports to Community Manager and Community Service Supervisor; maintains site and performs day-to-day tasks per needs and career goals. Overtime/on-call potential with prompt response required.

Requires high school/GED, 3+ years related experience, and certifications (HVAC/Freon Recovery, CPO). Valid driver's license; trades skills in carpentry/plumbing/electrical appreciated.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED for consideration.
• Trade School preferred.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• All other certifications required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and follows up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.
• Performs maintenance work for make-ready units as directed; service requests and repairs as directed; installs major appliances; and all other tasks as assigned by the Community Service Supervisor.
• Cleans, inspects, and maintains the physical appearance of the community, all common areas, grounds, and building systems, and corrects or reports deficiencies to supervisors.
• Adheres to the company’s safety programs.

Education

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) for consideration.

Trade School preferred.
