Job summary

Columbia Residential Properties, LLC seeks a Community Service Technician to maintain the site, perform make-ready maintenance, install appliances, and support daily operations. The role reports to the Community Manager and the Community Service Supervisor at an Atlanta property.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of related experience, HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overtime/on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Trade School preferred.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification, required by state/federal law may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents promptly and professionally; follows up on requests.
• Performs maintenance tasks for make-ready units and service repairs as directed.
• Cleans, inspects, and maintains common areas and building systems; reports deficiencies to supervisors.
• Follows safety programs and adheres to safety training and equipment guidelines.
