Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school preferred.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator).
• Valid Driver's License.
• All other certifications required by state and federal law.
• Minimum of three years related experience.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and basic welding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the site's physical condition and appearance.
• Perform day-to-day duties as directed by the service manager.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and follow up on requests.
• Handle maintenance for make-ready units and appliances.
• Adhere to safety programs and report deficiencies to supervisors.
• Be available for overtime and on-call work as needed.
