Job summary

Ahp Management Corp is seeking a Community Service Supervisor in Mechanicsville, Atlanta, GA to oversee maintenance and repairs for an apartment community. You will supervise technicians, manage budgets, coordinate unit make-readies, and oversee preventative maintenance and rehabilitation projects.

The role requires at least 3 years in maintenance with related trades knowledge, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years related maintenance experience.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and EPA Universal certificates preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance technicians and assistants.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and repairs for the apartment community.
• Manages budget and purchases for parts, tools, and contractor labor.
• Schedules on-call and daily work orders; reports status to Community Manager.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and enforces company policies.
