Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade school preferred.
• Minimum three years related experience.
• HVAC Freon recovery and CPO certificates preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on make-ready units and appliances.
• Inspect and maintain building systems and common areas.
• Follow safety programs and work overtime/on-call as needed.
