Quest Community Development Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support affordable housing properties in Atlanta, GA. The role covers routine and preventive maintenance, code compliance, and contractor oversight to ensure safe, durable housing for residents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property maintenance, knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position includes competitive benefits and on-site work at our properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property maintenance experience
• Familiarity with HUD/LIHTC standards and REAC inspections a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems
• Ensure housing code compliance and REAC/HUD standards when needed
• Oversee contractors and capital projects; communicate timelines to management
• Manage maintenance inventory and source cost-effective parts
• Provide courteous, professional resident interactions during visits
