Job summary

Atlantic Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community. The ideal candidate will hold EPA certifications (or be motivated to obtain them with our support) and have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance.

We emphasize safety, clear communication, and delivering high-quality service to residents. On-site role requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs., work in diverse weather, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• EPA-certified (or motivated to become certified with our support)
• 1 year of facility maintenance or mechanical repair experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Basic English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image and attitude in line with company objectives and residents’ welfare.
• Respond to work orders promptly (within 24 hours) and notify residents if delays occur.
• Provide 24-hour emergency service by participating in an on-call rotation.
• Identify needed parts and supplies and inform supervisor.
• Leave notices in residents’ apartments explaining work performed.
• Perform make-ready tasks in turnover units as directed.
