Job summary

Columbia Residential Properties, LLC is seeking a Community Service Technician to maintain the property's physical condition, perform make-ready tasks, repairs, and appliance installation under supervision at our Atlanta, GA community.

The role requires EPA certifications (HVAC/Freon recovery) and a CPO license, with a minimum of three years’ related experience. On-call duties and overtime are expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school preferred.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification required.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• All other state and federal certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the site's physical condition and appearance.
• Perform make-ready tasks, repairs, and appliance installs.
• Inspect and report deficiencies to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety programs and guidelines.
