Qualifications

• 5 years of institutional maintenance experience.
• Licensure in electrical, refrigerant, or plumbing required.
• Experience with blueprints and schematics; valid driver’s license.
• General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Performs mixed preventive and basic reactive maintenance tasks.
• Updates CMMS with task statuses using a mobile device.
• Assists in determining manpower, materials, and deadlines.
• Cleans, services, and diagnoses HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems and related equipment.
• Reports major problems to supervisor/foreman as appropriate.
• Constructs, installs, maintains electrical/mechanical systems as needed.
• Reviews outside vendor work and creates punch lists.
• Supports project management activities as needed.
